🍮 CREAMY FRUIT PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (395 g)
- 1 pack cream (200 ml)
- 4 tablespoons custard powder (or cornstarch)
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup chopped mixed fruits (peach, pineapple, or mango)
- 2 teaspoons gelatin (or agar-agar powder) dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
METHOD:
- In a pot, mix milk, sugar, and custard powder.
- Cook on medium heat until it thickens.
- Add condensed milk and cream. Stir well.
- Mix in dissolved gelatin (or agar-agar).
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Add chopped fruits and mix gently.
- Pour into a glass dish.
- Chill in the fridge for 3–4 hours until firm.
- Cut into slices and serve cold.
