🍨 EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP MOUSSE / ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups (500 ml) heavy cream (cold)
  • 1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup grated or finely chopped chocolate (milk or dark)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. WHIP THE CREAM

    • In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. ADD CONDENSED MILK & VANILLA

    • Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  3. MIX IN CHOCOLATE

    • Add the grated or chopped chocolate and fold until evenly mixed.
  4. TRANSFER & FREEZE

    • Pour into a dish or glasses.
    • Cover and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
  5. SERVE & ENJOY

    • Scoop and serve as ice cream, or enjoy it soft as a mousse after chilling in the fridge.
