🍨 EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP MOUSSE / ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups (500 ml) heavy cream (cold)
- 1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup grated or finely chopped chocolate (milk or dark)
INSTRUCTIONS:

WHIP THE CREAM
- In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.

ADD CONDENSED MILK & VANILLA
- Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.

MIX IN CHOCOLATE
- Add the grated or chopped chocolate and fold until evenly mixed.

TRANSFER & FREEZE
- Pour into a dish or glasses.
- Cover and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).

SERVE & ENJOY
- Scoop and serve as ice cream, or enjoy it soft as a mousse after chilling in the fridge.
