STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 CUPS HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM (COLD)
  • 1 CAN (14 OZ) SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
  • 1 CUP STRAWBERRY PUREE (FRESH OR FROZEN)
  • 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT (OPTIONAL)
  • 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE (OPTIONAL)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. PUREE STRAWBERRIES UNTIL SMOOTH.
    (Strain if you want it seedless.)

  2. WHIP THE HEAVY CREAM UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM.

  3. IN A SEPARATE BOWL, MIX:

    • STRAWBERRY PUREE
    • SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
    • VANILLA EXTRACT (IF USING)
    • LEMON JUICE (IF USING)
  4. GENTLY FOLD WHIPPED CREAM INTO STRAWBERRY MIXTURE.

  5. POUR INTO A FREEZER-SAFE CONTAINER.

  6. COVER AND FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
