SOFT MILK BREAD ROLLS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ½ CUPS (320G) ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
- 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
- 1 TEASPOON SALT
- 2 TEASPOONS INSTANT YEAST
- ¾ CUP (180ML) WARM MILK
- 1 LARGE EGG
- ¼ CUP (60G) UNSALTED BUTTER, SOFTENED
- EXTRA BUTTER FOR BRUSHING
INSTRUCTIONS

COMBINE FLOUR, SUGAR, SALT, AND YEAST IN A LARGE BOWL.

ADD WARM MILK AND EGG.
MIX UNTIL A SOFT DOUGH FORMS. -
KNEAD IN THE SOFT BUTTER
UNTIL DOUGH IS SMOOTH AND ELASTIC (10–15 MINUTES BY HAND OR 8–10 MINUTES IN MIXER). -
PLACE DOUGH IN A GREASED BOWL.
COVER AND LET RISE FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL DOUBLED. -
DIVIDE DOUGH INTO 8–10 PIECES.
SHAPE INTO BALLS AND PLACE IN A GREASED PAN. -
COVER AND LET RISE AGAIN
FOR 30–45 MINUTES UNTIL PUFFY. -
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F (175°C).

BAKE FOR 20–25 MINUTES
UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON TOP. -
BRUSH WARM ROLLS WITH BUTTER.
LET COOL SLIGHTLY AND ENJOY!
