Ingredients

- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
1. Make the Dough:
- In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine warm milk and sugar. Stir in yeast and let sit for 5–10 minutes, until foamy.
- Add eggs, melted butter, and salt. Mix.
- Gradually add flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead (by hand or mixer) for 7–8 minutes until smooth and elastic. Add more flour 1 tbsp at a time if too sticky.
