SEED BREAD IN GLASS BOWLS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 CUPS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 CUP WARM WATER
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1 TSP SUGAR
- 2 TSP DRY YEAST
- 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 1/2 CUP MIXED SEEDS
(sunflower, sesame, flax, chia)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. ACTIVATE YEAST
Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
Let sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.
2. MIX DOUGH
Add flour, salt, olive oil, and seeds.
Mix well. Dough will be sticky.
3. LET DOUGH RISE
Cover bowl. Let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
4. FILL GLASS BOWLS
Grease glass bowls.
Fill each half full with dough.
5. SECOND RISE
Let sit for 30 minutes to rise again.
6. BAKE
Bake at 375°F (190°C)
for 30–35 minutes
until top is golden brown.
7. COOL & SLICE
Let cool.
