Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped (optional but awesome)
  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Cook the Beef:
    In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Drain and let cool slightly. Stir in cheese and pickles.

  3. Roll it Up:
    Roll out the dough. Cut into rectangles or triangles depending on the dough. Spoon some beef mixture onto each piece, then roll up like a crescent or fold over and pinch closed.

  4. Garlic Butter Magic:
    Mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley. Brush over the tops of the rollups.

  5. Bake:
    Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling at the edges.

  6. Serve:
