Baked Chicken Thighs

 







Here's a simple and flavorful Baked Chicken Thighs recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat chicken dry with paper towels—this helps crisp the skin.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs, under the skin if possible.
  5. Place thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until skin is crispy and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
