Ingredients:
For the patties:
1 lb ground beef ๐ฅฉ
1/4 cup almond flour (or breadcrumbs) ๐ฐ
1 egg ๐ฅ
1/2 tsp garlic powder ๐ง
1/2 tsp onion powder ๐ง
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce ๐ถ
Salt & pepper to taste ๐ง
For the gravy:
1 cup mushrooms, sliced ๐
1/2 onion, sliced ๐ง
2 cups beef broth ๐ฅฃ
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ๐ถ
1 tbsp butter ๐ง
1 tsp cornstarch (optional for thickening) ๐ฝ

Instructions:
1️⃣ Make the patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper. Form into oval patties. ๐ฅฉ๐ฉ๐ณ
2️⃣ Cook the patties: Heat a pan over medium heat with a little oil. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside. ๐ฅ๐ณ
3️⃣ Make the gravy: In the same pan, add butter, mushrooms, and onions. Cook until soft. Add Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes. ๐๐ง ๐ฅ
4️⃣ Thicken the gravy: If needed, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the gravy. Cook until thickened. ๐ฝ๐ฆ
5️⃣ Combine: Return the patties to the pan, spoon gravy over them, and simmer for 5 more minutes. ๐๐ฅ
