Ingredients:


For the patties:


1 lb ground beef ๐Ÿฅฉ


1/4 cup almond flour (or breadcrumbs) ๐ŸŒฐ


1 egg ๐Ÿฅš


1/2 tsp garlic powder ๐Ÿง„


1/2 tsp onion powder ๐Ÿง…


1 tsp Worcestershire sauce ๐Ÿถ


Salt & pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚



For the gravy:


1 cup mushrooms, sliced ๐Ÿ„


1/2 onion, sliced ๐Ÿง…


2 cups beef broth ๐Ÿฅฃ


1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ๐Ÿถ


1 tbsp butter ๐Ÿงˆ


1 tsp cornstarch (optional for thickening) ๐ŸŒฝ

Instructions:


1️⃣ Make the patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper. Form into oval patties. ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ


2️⃣ Cook the patties: Heat a pan over medium heat with a little oil. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside. ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿณ


3️⃣ Make the gravy: In the same pan, add butter, mushrooms, and onions. Cook until soft. Add Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes. ๐Ÿ„๐Ÿง…๐Ÿฅ„


4️⃣ Thicken the gravy: If needed, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the gravy. Cook until thickened. ๐ŸŒฝ๐Ÿ’ฆ
