Ingredients
Base:
1 ½ cups sugar-free ladyfingers or almond flour biscuits 🍪

Chocolate Layer:
2 cups heavy cream 🥄
1 cup unsweetened almond milk 🥛
½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips 🍫
¼ cup cocoa powder 🍫
2 tbsp powdered sweetener (monk fruit or erythritol) 🍯
2 tsp gelatin powder (or agar-agar) 🥄
1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
Topping:
Sugar-free chocolate shavings 🍫✨
Instructions
1️⃣ Arrange the ladyfingers or biscuits in a pan. Drizzle with almond milk to soften. 🍪🥛
2️⃣ In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, almond milk, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Stir until smooth. 🍫🔥
3️⃣ Melt in the chocolate chips and add vanilla extract. Mix well. 🌿🍫
4️⃣ Sprinkle gelatin over 2 tbsp of water, let it bloom for 5 minutes, then stir into the hot mixture. 🥄
5️⃣ Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. ❄️⏳
6️⃣ Top with chocolate shavings and slice to serve! 🍫🔪
