Fluffy Cream Puffs

 










Ingredients


For the choux pastry:


1 cup water ๐Ÿ’ง


1/2 cup butter ๐Ÿงˆ


1 cup all-purpose flour ๐ŸŒพ


4 large eggs ๐Ÿฅš



For the filling:


1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream ๐Ÿฅ›


2 tbsp powdered sweetener (or sugar) ๐Ÿš


1 tsp vanilla extract ๐ŸŒฟ



Instructions


1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) ๐Ÿ”ฅ. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. ๐Ÿ“œ

2️⃣ Heat water and butter in a saucepan until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in flour until it forms a ball. ๐Ÿ”„

3️⃣ Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each, until smooth and glossy. ๐Ÿ’›

4️⃣ Scoop or pipe small mounds onto the baking sheet. ๐Ÿ”️

5️⃣ Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool. ❄️

6️⃣ Whip the heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. ๐Ÿฆ

7️⃣ Slice puffs in half and fill with whipped cream. ๐Ÿฅ„
