These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are stuffed with juicy beef, melty cheese, and wrapped in golden, garlicky dough—perfect for a fun appetizer or meal!
Ingredients
For the Filling:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup diced onions (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or small cheese cubes)
For the Dough:
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands) or pizza dough
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions

Preheat Oven:
- Set to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the Beef:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and onions (if using) until browned.
- Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.

- Flatten each biscuit or cut pizza dough into 8 small rounds.
