Exquisite Recipe

 










Ingredients:


1 ripe banana (for natural sweetness)


100g Greek yogurt (adds protein & creaminess)


2 eggs (for structure & nutrition)


1 cup old-fashioned oats (fiber for fullness)


A pinch of salt (enhances flavor)


½ tsp cinnamon (warm spice boost)


½ tsp vanilla extract (adds depth)


1 tsp chia or flaxseeds (optional, for extra fiber & omega-3s)



Instructions:


1. Blend the oats into a fine flour (for a smooth batter).



2. Mash the banana in a bowl until silky.



3. Whisk in the Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.



4. Stir in the oat flour and chia/flaxseeds, mixing until combined.



5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.



6. Pour small amounts of batter to form pancakes.



7. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.



8. Serve with fresh berries, a drizzle of raw honey, or a dusting of coconut flakes for an elegant finish.
