Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
  • ½ cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper (optional for color)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (or plain salt to taste)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (for coating)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, drained crushed pineapple, peppers, onion, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
