HAM AND CHEESE CROISSANTS
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Croissants (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 Slices of Ham (cooked)
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (Gruyère, Mozzarella, or Cheddar)
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard (optional)
- 1 Egg (for egg wash)
- 1 Tsp Dried Herbs (like thyme or oregano)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice croissants in half like a sandwich (don’t cut all the way through).

Optional: Spread Dijon mustard inside each croissant.

Add 2 slices of ham and shredded cheese to each croissant.

Brush tops with beaten egg.

Sprinkle with dried herbs and black pepper.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
