Ingredients:
Cake:
- 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon Swirl:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Streusel Topping (optional but awesome):
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Glaze (optional):
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Mix Cake Batter:
In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla until smooth. -
Layer Cake & Cinnamon Swirl:
- Pour half of the batter into the pan.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon (and nuts if using). Sprinkle over the batter.
- Add the remaining batter and gently swirl with a knife.
